Form Letters		Form letters are customized to fit your needs, including text and format. Keypoint will fill in any key words from the load, and also scan in your signature and company logo on the form.
Multi-user server based faxing system		Provides you with flexibility and the ability to handle significant volume.
Automation of rate confirmations		Rate confirmations can be automatically produced for a particular load, carrier, or date range. The desired information is taken from the load, put into your custom form, and scheduled for faxing. The fax number is retrieved from the carrier's file and automatically dialed. The system will track and retry any unsuccessful attempts.
Carrier form letters		Communicate quickly and easily to different carrier groups. For example, you might design a form letter to carriers whose insurance is going to expire next month, and request updated policy information. Simply select all applicable carriers and appropriate faxes will be sent.
Customer form letters		Communicate quickly and easily to different customer groups. For example, sending a customized letter to all your customers that haven't shipped with you for more than three months can be done swiftly and easily.
