Keypoint Rating is an optional module that significantly increases the efficiency and speed of order entry and invoicing by automatically rating your orders using a variety of methods. Features and benefits include:

Automatic Rating		Reduces chance of typographical errors and enables dispatchers to look up rates faster.
Rate Chart Maintenance		Helps you create and update different types of rate charts for each customer. Several different screens are provided through this option to guide you through setting up common rate structures such as city/state, state, weights, miles, commodity, equipment, inbound rates and zip codes. Once the rate charts are created, Keypoint can automatically assign the billing customers to a specific rate chart.
Printed Rate Charts		Pre-formatted in the Keypoint Rating module. Three lines are provided to print report headers and three lines are provided to print report footnotes. Your company name is printed at the top along with the effective date, customer's name, contact, and telephone number.
