Keypoint Rating is an optional module that significantly increases the efficiency and speed of order entry and invoicing by automatically rating your orders using a variety of methods. Features and benefits include:

Rate Chart Maintenance		Allows for the support and entry of rate charts for each customer. Use this flexibility to set up different types of rate charts, such as city/state, state, weights, miles, inbound rates and zip codes.
Order Entry		Used in conjunction with the Rating module, Order Entry will increase your speed and decrease data entry errors. Orders are rated automatically when they are entered, leaving less room for typographical errors. Dispatchers will spend less time looking up rates.
Printed Rate Charts		Pre-formatted in the Keypoint Rating module. Three lines are provided to print report headers and three lines are provided to print report footnotes. Your company name is printed at the top along with the effective date, customer contact, and telephone number.
