All of CarrierPoint’s products provide your Customer Service personnel with a new level of transportation-related information – from exceptions in the transportation process, to whether the carrier has passed the guard shack for pickup yet. This information is available directly online, across all of your facilities.
This can all be routed according to the facility, customer, or vendor, to certain customer service personnel to be sure the appropriate parties are involved in resolving any issues. Customer Service personnel can also be provided detailed delivery confirmation information, or can be notified if the carrier has not provided confirmation within a certain timeframe.
