Highly detailed data for performance measurement and improvement
Detailed data capture: CarrierPoint’s DataDepot houses all information – not only shipment information, but detailed information regarding activity against each shipment. Examples include:
- All load details and references
- A record of each carrier that was offered the load, their acceptance/rejection rate, and response times
- Detailed scheduling information, including who scheduled the load, how many times it was rescheduled, and any communication regarding the load
- When each truck arrived on the premises, started loading, ended loading, and left the premises
- Delivery confirmation information, as well as requests for and responses to status updates
- A record of users who are bypassing your automated tendering process (either assigning loads to carriers are releasing loads to a larger carrier base earlier than planned)
Reports can be scheduled to run and be delivered at certain intervals, either internally or to other email addresses. For instance, your carrier sales representative could be delivered their on-time pickup performance from all of your facilities for the prior month on the 3rd of each month, so they could be proactively apprised of their performance on your account. Similarly, a plant supervisor could be delivered a report each morning showing the loaders performance against standard for the prior day.
